• Unfortunately, the detailed description of VX-SHARE (pages 127 and 128) has some flaws. Most importantly, random exponentiation and distributed decryption can not be executed in a single step but in two steps. Luckily, the revised protocol can still be executed in three rounds when integrating the key generation in the sign-up phase. See pages 9 and 10 of this paper for a corrected version of the protocol. • Corollary 4.1 on page 62 is incorrect. See this paper for a correct Bayesian Nash equilibrium for antisocial bidders in Vickrey auctions.
• Citations of [Yao82a] and [Yao86a] are swapped.
